I’m on a mission this year to post on my blog more frequently, as I love writing and sharing my travel experiences, but sometimes life just gets in the way. When I say ‘life’, I refer mostly to family, work, going to the gym or yoga, or seeing friends, so its definitely not all bad, just busy. My goal is to write 1 post a month:-)

I had so much fun last month doing my BLOG by request, that I thought I’d do it again! Last week’s post took us “nowhere” as I stopped and looked around:-), so let’s see where I want us to go this week…as I just came back from there:-)

If you’re looking for the perfect escape, be it a family getaway, a girls weekend or just somewhere beautiful to breathe for a while, then look no further than the stunning Byron Bay area.

We recently stayed at the ultimate beach holiday accommodation – Peppers Salt Resort & Spa in Kingscliff. Your room is delightfully styled with a modern luxe, ocean inspired theme. White interiors and bedding, and a mixture of blue and grey tones that blend to create a fresh and rejuvenating welcome.

The space is so inviting that many just perch themselves on their private balconies, but if you do escape the seduction of your room, you’ll find lush tropical gardens, a turquoise pool and cozy spaces around the property, enticing you to laze away your days, read a book on the day bed or gently swing the afternoon away in a wicker pod chair.

There is kitchen space too in the property, perfect for a summer evening BBQ to feed the kids or with friends, a delicious Sunday morning cook up or a space to whip up a cocktail or two, before heading out to enjoy one of Byron’s / Kingscliff fine eateries. The resort offers great breakfast, yoga classes, Saturday fun run at the park nearby, bicycles rental, exquisite day spa at “The spa at Salt”.

The resort is located in Kingscliff on the far northern coast of NSW-QLD border, 15 minutes from Gold Coast Airport or 30 minutes from Byron Bay.

Great access to all theme parks, surf, swim, cycle, explore the World Heritage listed National parks, fish or cruise along the Tweed River, direct access to a variety of restaurants, retail stores this seaside location has to offer.

The Peppers also offers their guests the use of the beach towels, free Wi-Fi (So you can share one of your dreamy shots and make everyone at home green with envy).

Thanks for reading and I hope I’ve inspired your lust for a little luxe beach escape.
